Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms apply to aggviz.com and the aggviz application. Creating an account, or using the service through a team workspace, means accepting them. If you use aggviz on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

2. What the service does

aggviz aggregates published financial filings and normalises them onto an economic basis that you define and version. Every adjusted figure carries its lineage back to the source filing — accession, tag and period, or a verbatim quote.

It is a data and analysis tool. It is not an investment adviser, it does not make recommendations, and nothing produced in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

3. Your basis, your responsibility

The adjustments applied to reported numbers — leases, share-based compensation, one-offs, and the rest — are your policy, expressed in the tool. aggviz applies the policy deterministically; it does not decide what the right economics are. Decisions made on the output are yours.

4. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for your account and, if you administer a team workspace, for the people you add to it. One seat is for one person; sharing credentials across people is not permitted.

5. Acceptable use

Do not resell or redistribute the aggregated dataset in bulk, do not use the service to build a competing dataset, and do not exceed the usage limits of your plan by rotating accounts. Exporting your own analyses for your own work is what the product is for and is fine.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.

6. Plans, payment and cancellation

The Solo plan is free and usage-gated. Paid team plans are billed per seat through the payment processor at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Price changes are notified before they take effect.

7. Accuracy and liability

Source data comes from filings as published; filers restate, amend and make errors. aggviz reproduces what was filed and shows where it came from, but does not warrant that any figure is correct, and is not liable for decisions taken on it.

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes, termination and contact

These terms may change; the date above records when. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it. An account may be suspended for breach of the acceptable use section, with notice where circumstances allow.
