Privacy Notice

Last updated Sun Aug 02 2026 01:00:00 GMT+0100 (British Summer Time) · aggviz

A short statement of what personal data aggviz holds about you, why, for how long, and the rights you have over it. The full privacy policy carries the detail; this notice is the summary of your rights.

1. Who is responsible

aggviz is the controller of the personal data described here. It operates aggviz.com and the application behind sign-in. Questions and requests go via the contact page at /contact.

2. Data categories

Account data: your email address, your name if you provide one, and sign-in records. Passwords are handled by the sign-in provider and never stored by aggviz.

Billing data: a subscription identifier and status from the payment processor. Card numbers never reach aggviz.

Content you create: adjustment policies, overlays, saved analyses and workspace settings.

The financial filings the product aggregates are published records about companies, not personal data collected about you.

3. Purposes

The data is used to run the service: to keep your analyses and policies against your account, to operate team workspaces, and to bill the plan you chose. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train machine learning models.

4. Retention

Content you create is held until you delete it or close your account; content in a team workspace is governed by the workspace administrator. Closing the account removes the account record and your personal content. Billing records are kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires.

5. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask for access to the personal data held about you, for correction of anything inaccurate, for erasure, for restriction of processing, for a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Where processing relies on consent you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. Requests are answered within one month. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.

6. Processors

A sign-in provider handles authentication, a payment processor handles subscriptions, a transactional email provider delivers account email, and infrastructure providers host the service and its backups. Each processes personal data only on aggviz's instruction and for no purpose of its own.

7. Contact

To exercise any of these rights, or to ask what data is held about you, use the contact page at /contact. No proof of identity is asked for beyond what is needed to confirm the request comes from the account holder. The full privacy policy on this site carries the complete description of the processing.
